WOW! what a day loads done on the B. Went over to Chris's today to fit the Aldon dizzy and sort out the Weber carb. All done with a bit of a phaf about the optical cutter on the new 43D dizzy but fortunatley Ian saved the day with his spares. So refitted that then started to service the weber with the required gaskets and o rings the at it badly needed.
Whilst Chris and I were attacking the carb Ian was merrily drilling out my ignition barrel and removing it from the steering column. Also we had made up a loom for the new starter switch that has now been installed in the dashboard. This was really essential as wheni was strapped in I couldnt reach the ignition key and thats not good!
So have done all that Chris also made up the wiring for the midgets new front indicators. So they are ready to go into the wings no. FAB! all coming together for the start of the season.
Now all I need to do is get the B rolling road tuned and thats it!! Yippee.
