Phantom Grip LSD fitted into diff. Posted by Hello

Aston Martin DB5. Ready to be exercised. Posted by Hello

Holidays Holidays.

Well I've been off for about a week and a half now so totally chilled out. Been playing with cars most of the time from my MGB to such amazing vehicles as an XJ220 and a Aston Mrtin DB5.

I have now got the phantom grip LSd fitted into the diff thanks to Cambridge Motorsport. Also i have got it in the car more importantly. It has changed the driving character of the B quite dramaically. It's so much easier to power slide and trust the break away will not happen also the sheer grunt now has increased. Handling on corners i havent fully tested and really need to get her out onto a track to see the change. But that will have to wait until next year I think meanwhile Kate gave me a Aldon performace distributor for my birthday so I will have to fit that to the engine over the winter and the Weber carb needs a overhaul too. Many hours to be spent in the garage.
I am upto about 6 GB loaded in itunes so far god it takes time! Easy but time consuming.
must tidy this office...........

Firework Party

Well went off with a bang. We had loads of fireworks and some really good ones. I hopefully will post some pics here later once I get hold of them fromEzz. We started off at about 7ish for the bonfire which we held on the side of the emergency runway for Popham. A good size bonfire about 7 feet tall and with a splendid guy ontop too. I then started setting off whta seemed like a thousand fireworks but probably only about 999!
With help form jonathan seager with the maglite i set about the explosives great fun loads of ooohhs and aahhhhs allround. A speed landrover back to the hopuse meant i could get a head start on organising the food before everyone came back to the kitchen! Next year we are going to have food by the bonfire i think.
Food was a chilli (didnt get any) a vegatable curry (didnt get any) and a prawn curry which i did get some of and it was great. I presume the other two dishes were good as they was none left! Puddings of chocolate roulade and tiramisu from Laura and Sue were fantastic thanks Ladies. So onto the alcohol beer and wine drank by most was a really nice evening and i must thanks all of those who managed to make it. A great evening and Kate and I will try and top it next year!

Broad Band

Hurrah! Fianlly caught up with the rest of the world and got BB enabled even though we are miles from anywhere!! Shame it was only BT that said yes, but never mind. Gives me something to grumble about.
Just got to sort out a wireless network for the rest of the house!
